Reduced Drilling Forecast

This week the Petroleum Services Association of Canada (PSAC) revised it’s 2019 drilling forecast. Notably they reduced their forecast by 1,000 wells citing “…deteriorating investor confidence in Canada.” The Alberta forecast is for 2,950 wells. This is only 12% above
